LOCK HAVEN — The Kiwanis Club of Bald Eagle and Nittany Valleys, in partnership with the Sons of Italy in Lock Haven, will hold its annual Kash Bash fundraising event on Saturday, Feb. 9 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Sons of Italy Lodge on North Henderson Street, Lock Haven.

Cash prizes will be given away every 15 minutes for a total of $5,000! Winners need not be present to win and winning tickets are put back in the barrel so multiple wins are possible.

Additional raffles and pull tab games will be held. Doors will open at 5 p.m. with free food and refreshments, including the Sons’ famous meatballs, available beginning at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 and are available at Miller’s Furniture of Mill Hall, Miller Brothers Auto Sales in Mill Hall, or from any BENV Kiwanis member.

Parking is available in Sons of Italy lots with overflow parking at Robb Elementary School. For more details contact Tim Meyers at 570-263-0782 or Matt Wise at 570-660-2540.

All net proceeds from this event benefit local youth and community organizations. Last year’s event at the Sons was a great success and Kiwanis of BENV club president Ginny Counsil and Sons of Italy club president Dan Vilello promise that this year will be even better. Only 500 tickets will be sold so get your tickets soon as they are selling fast and may not be available at the door!
