The Walnut Street Christian School held its annual “Pink Day” in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness. The family of Kathy Gottschall, principal, teacher, and mentor, was presented with a special plaque honoring Mrs. Gottschall and her 25 years of ministry with “her babies.” She went home to be with her Savior earlier this year. Students were encouraged to wear pink and donate money to help in the fight against breast cancer. Pictured in the second photo, Tim Longnecker, principal; Doug Gottschall, husband; Isabella Gottschall, granddaughter, Matt Gottschall, son; and Jenn Gottschall, daughter.
