Homemade doughnuts

Fresh Homemade doughnuts will be made at Trinity United Methodist Church,1407 Allegheny St. Jersey Shore, on Thursday, Nov. 21 Call the church office at 570-398-2913 Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to pre-order( recommended) and to give approximate time of pick up. Walk ins will be available the day of the sale starting at 6:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. or until all are gone. Cost is $6 dozen, $3 for half dozen.

Milesburg Home Town Christmas

Milseburg Home Town Christmas will take place on Nov. 23 from 9 to 4 p.m. There will be a visit from Santa, a church bizarre, homemade soups and baked goods, craft show, rummage sale, fresh trees and wreaths, “Croaked House” tours, a visit from the Grange Fair queen, Millers Hoagies, Conklins Gun Shop, Fishers Market, “Two Sisters” Hand Painted Signs, Slates and Ornaments, Hand Sewn and Knitted Items. ‘Paw-lidays’ photo shoots

The Clinton County SPCA will be offering holiday pet photo shoots for families and their furry, feathered or scaly friends on Nov. 23 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Nov. 24 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Lock Haven Citizens Hose Fire Company. The cost is $10 and reservations are required by calling 570-748-4756. All proceeds will benefit the animals at the SPCA.

Both the Clinton and Lycoming SPCAs can use clay-type (non-clumping) cat litter and paper products. The Clinton shelter is at 33 Mill Hill Road, Dunnstown, phone 570-748-4756, and the Lycoming shelter is at 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, phone 570-322-4646.
