DEP Secretary Pat McDonnell visits landfill

The Clinton County Solid Waste Authority on Tuesday hosted PA DEP Secretary Pat McDonnell and some of his staff from the Northcentral region, on a tour of the Wayne Township Landfil and some explanation on what it takes to operate a landfill and recycling operation in rural PA. Stephanie Borowicz’s office; Marcus Kohl Regional Director NCDEP, and Dan Vilello Local Government Liaison NCDEP. Alexander said, “We had the opportunity to show what our board and employees work hard at accomplishing each and every day. WTL is fortunate to have a staff that isn’t afraid of hard work, works to get better tomorrow than we were today and puts customer service and compliance as a priority. Our Values speak for themselves — Safety, Compliance and then Profitability — and in that order.”
