Civil War round table

Members of the Civil War round table will be meeting on Dec. 9 at Avenue 209 Coffee House, 209 Bellefonte Ave., from 6 to 9 p.m. The group will watch day three of the movie “Gettysburg” followed by a discussion. All are welcome.

Jaycees Holiday Dinner

The Lock Haven Area Jaycees will be holding their Holiday Dinner for seniors on Dec. 15 at the STEP Inc. offices. There will be two time slots for seating, noon and 2 p.m. Reservations can be made by calling the STEP Officer at 570-858-5800.

Santa’s Workshop Dec. 8 at CM Middle School

The sixth annual Santa’s Workshop featuring a Charlie Brown Christmas and Peanuts theme will take place on Sunday, Dec. 8, between 1 and 4 p.m. at Central Mountain Middle School in Mill Hall.

Heisey House now open on Saturday

The Heisey House Museum located at 362 E. Water St., Lock Haven will be open Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Tours will start at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and are free for Clinton County Residents. The Museum is owned and operated by the Clinton County Historical Society, an all-volunteer organization.
