Author Malcolm Gladwell to hold book signing


BELLEFONTE — The Centre County Historical Society is pleased to announce a visit to the Centre Furnace Mansion by best-selling author Malcolm Gladwell on Wednesday, Jan. 29.

The book signing and reception will take place from 4:30 to 6 p.m. and you are welcome to come and go during this time.

Gladwell is a long-time staff writer for the New Yorker, and the author of several best-selling books including “Tipping Point,” “Blink,” “Outliers,” and “What the Dog Saw.” He also hosts the popular podcast Revisionist History. At the reception, he will be signing copies of his most recent book, Talking to Strangers. Hardcover books will be for sale for $20 during the event.

Reservations for the event are $100 per person and are limited.
