FREE BOOKS, BOOTS AND CAPS … OH MY!

CHRIS MORELLI/THE EXPRESS The Lock Haven Area Shoe Bank will give free new boots and shoes to kids Saturday, Jan. 25 inside Covenant United Methodist Church from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Setting out boots are volunteers Marianne Lotfi, left and Jeanne Baker. Kids from wee ones to 17-year-olds can be eligible for new shoes and boots. They must be accompanied by an adult and have their Access card, CHIP card or similar insurance card, or be referred by a school or agency.
