soccer registration

Spring Soccer Registration at West Branch Soccer Club is now open. WBSC offers soccer for boys and girls in Clinton County. There are two unique programs, competitive travel and inhouse. Girl travel teams this spring include u11, u13, u19. Boy travel teams u13, u15, u19. The cost is $150 and the registration deadline is Feb. 25. We also have an excellent in-house for ages (u6-u10). HELP for Pets Meeting

HELP (Hardship Emergency Loan Program) for Pets will be hosting their annual membership meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, at the Annie Halenbake Ross Library, 232 West Main St., Lock Haven.

Rachael Karwowski’s final performance

Rachael Karwowski will be putting on her final performance to help raise money for a trip to Europe with the Mansfield University Concert Choir in July. The concert will be on Saturday, Feb. 29 at 3 p.m. at Swissdale United Methodist Church, 974 Croak Hollow Road, Lock Haven.

Annual Lenten Soup Sale and Luncheon

Episcopal Church of Our Savior, 31 N. Loyalsock Ave., Montoursville, will be holding its Annual Lenten Soup Sale and Luncheon every Thursday from Feb. 27 to April 2. The luncheons will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and include hamburg barbeque, hot dogs, homemade vegetable soup, baked beans and homemade pies. The cost for soup is $5 per quart.
