Howard Area Lions Club will be giving food bank aid out on April 6 to those residents of Centre County. The Lions are doubling up on the amount of food to be allotted so that residents will not have to return to the food bank until June. The Howard Area Lions will also be assisting individuals who may be out of work because of the Corona virus. If you are laid off or quarantined and need food bank assistance please contact Ron Davy right away and arrangements will be made to help you. People living in the local Lions service area include those of Beech Creek, Blanchard, Howard, Hublersburg, Jacksonville, Marsh Creek, Monument and Orviston areas.
