Blood drive today
The Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 4298 is hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive today from 1:30-6 p.m. in the club’s “Trackside” room, 433 E. Clinton St., Lock Haven. Donors are urged to register at redcrossblood.org, as scheduling is highly recommended. No internet? Call 1-800-733-2767. All safety precautions relating to Covid-19 are strictly adhered to at Red Cross Blood Drives. Collected blood will be screened for COVID-19 antibodies.
Old School Market
The Old School Market in the former Lamar Township Elementary School, 34 East End Mountain Road, Mill Hall, is open every Friday with lots of handcrafted items, meats, baked goods, seasonal produce, plants, bulk foods and more.
Truckers 4 Hope
Truckers 4 Hope will be at the Clinton County Fairgrounds in Mackeyville on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Sept. 25 to 27). Gates open at 10 a.m. all three days. There will be big rigs displayed, truck, semi-truck and tractor pulls as well as a truck and car show. Also, there will be food and business vendors, entertainment and a beer tent. Admission is $7; those under 10 are free. Proceeds benefit Cystic Fibrosis #Hope4Hayze.
