Chandelier re-wired in large courtroom

As completion of renovations nears an end in the large courtroom at the Clinton County Courthouse on Water Street in Lock Haven, Steve Kowatch with Turn Key Electric was re-wiring the big chandelier in the courtroom on Thursday. The decision to re-wire the chandelier was made for safety reasons, according to Clinton County Court Administrator Don Powers, who said the chandelier is believed to be original to the courthouse, which makes it nearly 151 years old. Powers said the courtroom is expected to be ready for use next week.
