Needs of the community
STEP, Inc., the community action agency serving Clinton and Lycoming counties, is asking for input on the needs facing our community. In 2020, STEP conducted a Community Needs Assessment to determine how the pandemic had affected the community’s needs, and almost a year later, STEP is hoping to find out what has changed. With input from community members, the assessment will help identify the needs and service gaps residents are facing, along with the strengths and resources available to meet those needs.
