A Leadership Clinton County volunteer group helped take Downtown Lock Haven, Inc.’s winter planters. “Time to start planning for spring! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Stacy Englert, Destany Dickey-Etters and Brian Taylor for all of their help this winter placing the winter green pots and taking them down and their help with Small Business Saturdays,” DLH Manager Marie Vilello said.
