Walk to prevent Suicide

An Out of the Darkness: Clinton County Walk to Prevent Suicide is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 26 at Riverview Park. Registration opens at noon with the walk beginning at 1 p.m. Participants will walk around the park, followed by a short ceremony. There is no registration fee but participants must register at afsp.org/ClintonCounty. Donations will be accepted through Dec. 31. Proceeds benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Blood Drive

The Fraternal Order of Eagles, 433 E. Clinton St., Lock Haven will be holding a Red Cross Blood Drive in its Trackside Room from 1:30 to 6 p.m. on Sept. 29. Masks and social distancing are required. Please bring a photo ID. Donors can register by visiting redcrossblood.org.
