Free shoes and boots for kids

Kids and teens can choose a pair of free, new shoes and winter boots Saturday, Dec. 11 at the Lock Haven Area Shoe Bank, open 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Appointments are required, and everyone must wear a mask. Kids and teens, up to age 18, must live in Clinton County or the Liberty-Curtin School area, and have their PA Access card, CHIP insurance card, or similar insurance card. The Shoe Bank operates inside Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W. Main St., Lock Haven. For your time slot, call or text Diahann at 814-571-5324 (7-9 p.m. Monday-Friday).

TOPS hour change

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) has changed their meeting times. Weigh-ins begin at 4:30 p.m. Mondays and the business meeting begins at 4 p.m. TOPS is held at the Flemington First Church of Christ each Monday. Questions, call Anna at 570-660-2087.
