BEECH CREEK — Twinkle Toes Dance Studio members took to the stage at Disney World in Orlando, Fla. on Oct. 13. The dancers and their families left their Pennsylvania homes for a few days of vacationing in Florida and for their much anticipated opportunity of dancing on the Disney Springs stage.

“We had a great performance at Disney. The weather was perfect while we were there and everyone was so excited,” said Twinkle Toes Dance Studio owner and instructor Angela Peters.

The dancers wore costumes representing the colors (royal blue, red, lavender and dark purple) of Disney’s (lady) villains and performed jazz, tap, lyrical and hip-hop dances to six songs during their stage appearance.

“After nearly 18 months of fundraisers and dance class practices, it was a wonderful performance and I am so proud of all of the dancers. I know that the girls have made lifelong friendships and dancing at Disney will be something that we will all remember for the rest of our lives,” said Peters.
