Cash Bingos

Sugar Valley Lions Club is offering a Cash Bingo on March 14 at their clubhouse located at 55 S. Sportsmans Road, Loganton. Doors open at 6 p.m. and Bingo starts at 7 p.m. In addition to Bingo there will be rip tickets, a 50/50 and lots of good food! Tickets are $25 and available at the door. Howard Grange will hold a Cash Bingo at the Howard fire hall on April 6. Doors open at noon and Bingo starts at 2 p.m. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. In addition to the Bingo there will be a 50/50, Basket Raffle, rip tickets and great food! Call Anita Thompson at 814-571-4160.

If you have old photos of people, places or happenings that you’d like to share, please scan and email them to news@lockhaven.com along with your contact name/phone so we can obtain additional information from you about the photo. Or, stop by The Express office in Lock Haven with your old photos for us to scan and make some notes about the photos.

Many local cemeteries are struggling with having enough funds to make sure that the grass gets mowed each summer. Whatever cemetery your loved ones are buried in, please consider making a donation now to help with the grass mowing expenses once spring arrives.
