Centre County property tax bills were mailed out earlier this month. The bills now have a new look, so if anyone is confused about the new format please feel free to contact your property tax collector.

Property owners who have an escrow account to pay their tax bills set up through their mortgage will need to make sure that the tax bill gets forwarded to their mortgagee for paying, or return it to the tax collector along with the mortgagee’s name and mailing address so that the tax collector can forward the bill to your escrow company.

It’s important that you make sure that the escrow company gets the tax bill so that they can pay it to get the discounted price offered.
