Truckers4Hope Camping

Ross Library Storytime

Children’s Librarian, Miss Holly, shares a story and a craft each week with youngsters at the Ross Library. On Mondays and Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. the story and craft are for 2-5 year olds. On Wednesdays the storytime at 10:30 a.m. is for children up to age 2, with older siblings welcome.

Summer Library

The Porter Township Community Library is holding a summer library program. There will be stories, activities, crafts, games, snacks and book selections. It will be at the library on June 17 and June 24 and at Recreation Park on July 1. The program will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a guest reader each week. Class of 1961

Happy Travelers Picnic

PA Happy Travelers annual summer picnic is scheduled for Wednesday, July 9, beginning at 3 p.m., at the Castanea Fire Company Picnic Grounds, 859 Lower Creek Road, Lock Haven. Bring a dish to share, your own beverages and a chair for your comfort. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling Judy Walker at 570-726-4426 before July 2.

Waiting Together

Waiting Together is a support group for adults with incarcerated loved ones. The group meets at Gamble Farm Inn, Jersey Shore, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. the second and fourth Thursdays of the month.
