MILESBURG — Mark your calendars for Duckstock 2025 — July 25-26, at Sickle Park in Milesburg.

Duckstock isn’t just another summer festival — it’s a memorial event filled with music, laughter and giving back to the community. Duckstock brings the community together using music, auctions and a massive canned food drive all to support families affected by illness or injury and those who benefit from the food bank distributions in Milesburg.

Duckstock is a weekend for the whole family to enjoy. A time to remember loved ones who meant so much to us and keeping our memories of them alive as we help others who may be suffering serious illnesses or hardships.

Duckstock isn’t just a festival — it’s a movement of love, remembrance and community support. What started as a way to honor Lester M. Walk, III, who tragically passed away in a four-wheeler accident, has grown into a powerful tradition that brings people together to celebrate life and help families in need.

Lester’s father, Lester M. Walk, Jr.–or as everyone knew him, “Ducky”–was the kind of guy who could light up a room with his humor, always cracking jokes and smiling. Sadly, Ducky, too, has passed on now, but his Duckstock legacy remains strong as his siblings, Rob Walk, Dennis Walk and Lawana Confer, make sure the festival stays true to its mission. Thanks to this team and volunteers from the heart of the community, Duckstock has become a beacon of support for families facing cancer or serious injuries. With every auction bid, raffle ticket and food donation, you’re helping people get through some of the hardest days of their lives.

Mark your calendars to save the dates, July 25-26, for Duckstock 2025, at Sickle Park in Milesburg. The entry fee is a $20 (or more) donation of non-perishable foods that will be given to the Milesburg Presbyterian Church’s Food Pantry. No exceptions! Stock up on those canned goods today so you’re ready to bring that donation to Duckstock 2025.

This year the live music lineup includes Quarterstick on Friday night. Oh, and this year from 5-9 p.m., there will be a special SURPRISE, one you won’t want to miss. The live music for Saturday hasn’t been finalized just yet, but will be announced via Facebook well before the event.

One important thing to remember is that the picnic meal on Saturday needs to have a lot of food, so everyone must bring some covered dishes to share! There’s a lot of people to feed and this potluck style meal is part of what makes Duckstock so special. Your covered dishes will compliment the BBQ chicken and pulled pork that will be provided.

Planned this year, like all the year’s of Duckstock before, there will be raffles and small games of chances during the weekend. A charity auction with some awesome prizes already donated is on tap as well. Bid and keep bidding to raise funds for a great cause — so that Duckstock 2025 can help those in the community who could use a helping hand during their times of need! More high-end items are needed for the charity auction, so if you have something to donate let Lawana know right away by emailing her at duckstock814@gmail.com or by calling her at 814-777-6950.

Another way to support the fundraising efforts of Duckstock is to purchase a T-shirt that you can wear to the event. The tees are $20 cash or $22 if purchased through PayPal.

Duckstock is a family friendly event for all ages. And that goes with some rules. No cussing, no fighting and drink responsibly. We want everyone to have a great time so just be respectful of others who are attending. The curfew is at midnight, so unless you’re staying in a tent or camper on-site you must take your leave of the park grounds.

Duckstock isn’t just a festival–it’s a tradition, a tribute and a way to give back. Whether you’re coming for the music, the memories or the mission, we can’t wait to see you at Sickle Park in Milesburg on July 25-26, 2025.

Follow Duckstock on Facebook for updates, band announcements or event details, or contact Lawana directly at 814-777-6950.

Starting at $4.10/week.
