Lock Haven Carol Sing and Choral Concert

The 9th annual carol sing and choral Christmas concert will be presented Sunday, Dec.14, at 7 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal church on Main Street, in downtown Lock Haven. The program will feature a choir presenting holiday anthems, as well as leading the many carols for all to sing. This concert is free and open to the public;

The choir consists of local talent under the direction of Kim Feerrar and Ronald Miller. Featured solos will be performed by Elaine Barth, James Rogers, Doug Madenford and Beth Young. Jaime Castillo will perform a harp solo. There will also be a piano duet, played by Sherry McGraw and Cindy Middleton, and a flute solo by Ashley Crust.

Light Up Flemington

The Flemington Hi-Neighbor Committee announces “Light Up Flemington” annual Christmas House Decorating Contest. Judging will be Tuesday, Dec. 16, beginning at 6 p.m. The committee asks residents to have your display lit if you wish to be judged. Any contest winners in the past three years are not eligible to win. Four cash prizes will be awarded. Check out the Flemington Hi-Neighbor Facebook Page for information or call 570-295-1352.
