Girl Scouts recognize newborn at The Birthplace

Members of the Girl Scouts troops in Lycoming County recently presented a basket full of donated baby items to Cheyenne Hand and her daughter Bristol Lynn Hand, born Oct. 31 at The Birthplace, UPMC Williamsport Regional Medical Center. Every year the troops recognize a baby born on Oct. 31 in honor of Juliette Gordon Low, founder of Girl Scouts of America, who was born on Oct. 31. This is the third year the troops have recognized a baby with the donation. Pictured are Cheyenne Hand and Bristol Lynn Hand, with troop members Emily Bucio, Shylee Kawczynski, Harlee McElroy, and Adalyn Rine.
