Two men jailed on sexual assault charges

LINDEN — Two 21-year-old men have been jailed in lieu of $150,000 bail after being charged with statutory sexual assault and other multiple sex offenses, state police at Montoursville said.
Lynn Eugene Kyle, of 1035 Northway Rd., Linden, and Jalil Donte Harris, of 846 Park Ave., Williamsport, are facing a variety of felony charges after engaging in sexual intercourse with a 17-year-old girl at Kyle’s residence in Woodward Township, Lycoming County, police said.
Trooper Matthew Miller interviewed Kyle on Aug. 19, the same day the 17-year-old victim contacted police about the alleged assault, police said.
Kyle confirmed it happened and showed Miller a cell phone video recordings of himself and Harris having sexual intercourse with the victim on Aug. 15, police said.
Harris also confirmed what happened and had videos on his cell phone that he and Kyle recorded of the assault, police said.
Kyle is also accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old and 15-year-old and is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual abuse of children, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault, police said.
Harris is charged with sexual assault, two separate accounts of sexual abuse of children and corruption of minors, police said.
Both were arraigned before Judge Jon Kemp and placed in Lycoming County Prison.
