PennDOT Clinton County maintenance work scheduled

MILL HALL — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Clinton County Maintenance announced the following work schedule for the week of Aug. 31-Sept. 4, weather permitting.

Motorists should travel with extra caution in these and all work areas. Motorists should be aware that due to the nature of highway maintenance and emergency work, crews could be working on any highway at any time of day or night.

This work will be done in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health guidance as well as COVID-19 safety guidance, including protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols.

Here are the areas:

Bridge Work:

— State Route 880 wingwall repairs

— State Route 220 Southbound epoxy/flint repairs

Guiderail repairs:

— State Route 880

— State Route 220

Sign repairs:

— Various state routes throughout the county

Pipe flushing:

— State Route 120 (Renovo Road)

Rock slide cleanup:

— State Route 120 (Bucktail Trail)

Patching:

— State Route 220

— State Route 4001 (Kettle Creek Road)

The following work is expected to be completed by contractor, weather permitting:

Nestlerode Contracting Co., Inc. — Bridge replacement

— State Route 477 (Long Run Road) Monday through Saturday. Deck placement/cure deck

LTT, LLC — Hollenback Run Bridge

— State Route 150 (Eagle Valley Road)
