Car windows shot out in Jersey Shore

JERSEY SHORE — Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police are asking for the public’s help in finding out who was out and about in the borough shooting out car windows with a pellet or BB gun over the weekend.

A total of three cars were damaged in the melee, which police said happened at between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 13.

Police called it a drive-by shooting and said the suspect was driving a sedan with rear-tinted windows and a loud exhaust.

The vandals shot at cars in the 300 block of Maple Street and the 400 block of South Main Street. As police were investigating those incidents, another vandalized car was discovered on the 100 block of South Main Street.
