The Titan Market, located at 2042 Axemann Road in Bellefonte, played host to its first-ever Arts Festival over the weekend. Titan Market founder Corinna Anskis came up with the idea for an arts festival after the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts in State College and the People’s Choice Festival in Boalsburg canceled their respective festivals. Titan Market’s Arts Festival took place on Friday and Saturday and featured local artists as well as the usual vendors at the market. Titan Market was one of several Arts Festivals in Centre County that attempted to fill the void. There were also festivals at Way Fruit Farm and one in Millheim.
