PALM SUNDAY

— Join the Beech Creek Wesleyan Church on Sunday, April 13, at 9 a.m., for their Palm Sunday celebration featuring their children’s Easter program.

— Join the congregation at Marsh Creek Brethren in Christ Church on Palm Sunday at 9 a.m. for the children and teens special re-enactment of “The Last Supper”. — Pathway to Christ Church in McElhattan will have a Maundy Thursday service at 6 p.m.

GOOD FRIDAY SERVICES

— Rote and Salona United Methodist Churches invite the public to join them for their second annual Cross Walk service. Meet at Long Run Park at 7 a.m. The walk will end at the Rote Church. Also, a Good Friday evening service will be held at 7 p.m., at the Rote United Methodist Church.

— Pathway to Christ Church in McElhattan invites the public to join them for their Cross Walk at 6 a.m. Meet in the church parking lot. The church will also have a Good Friday evening service at 6 p.m.

— A combined Good Friday Service for Farrandsville, Dunnstown and Swissdale United Methodist Churches will be held at the People’s United Methodist Church of Farrandsville on April 18 at 7 p.m. For info call Carol at 570-748-9667.

EASTER SERVICES

— On Sunday, April 20, Beech Creek Wesleyan Church will have a sunrise service at their church pavilion at 7 a.m., followed by their Easter morning service at 9 a.m. featuring the church choir.

— Fairview Church will have Easter Sunrise Services at 6:30 a.m. with Pastor Dave Etters speaking. Doughnuts will be provided afterward. There will not be a regular 10 a.m. service on Easter morning.

— Marsh Creek Brethren in Christ Church will hold Easter Sunrise service at 7:15 a.m. at the Yoder home at 22 Highland Drive, Howard. Afterward a full breakfast will be served at the church at 8 a.m., followed by Easter morning worship at 9 a.m.

— Easter Sunrise Services will be held at Dunnstown United Methodist Church at 7 a.m. with church to follow at 9:30 a.m. for Swissdale United Methodist Church and Farrandsville UM Church. For info call Carol at 570-748-9667.
