Theft of

leased property

LOCK HAVEN – Police say a man rented to buy an Armstrong flute from Lanning Music in Lock Haven but failed to make payments or return the instrument.

Terry Lee Bowman, 57, of 1320 St. Clair Ave., Renovo, was sent a summons on Aug. 11, for theft of leased property in the amount of $220.

Alleged DUI crash

SNOW SHOE – On July 26, at about 9:30 p.m., state police responded to a vehicle crash on Route 879, just west of its intersection with Route 144, state police at Rockview report.

Police say Kristie Kalvin, 37, of Boalsburg was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash and charges have been filed through district court.

Possession of

marijuana

JERSEY SHORE – Tyler A. Moore, 26, of 616 Pine Creek Ave., Jersey Shore, was charged by Tiadaghton Valley Regional police with possession with intent to deliver two grams of marijuana and related offenses at his home on Aug. 4.

Moore was initially jailed, but now is free on $75,000 bail.

Disorderly conduct

LOCK HAVEN- A 20-year-old man has been cited for disorderly conduct after falling off the Jay Street bridge, Woodward Township Police report.

Police say Brett J. Peddigree of Lock Haven fell in his attempt to climb onto the bridge from the bridge pier on July 28; he suffered serious injuries in the fall.

Woodward Township Police want to stress that attempting to and/or jumping of this bridge can result in serious and/or fatal results and it is illegal.
