r Keanu Mae Smith-Williams of Mill Hall, charged by Lock Haven police for retail theft, had the charge withdrawn. Smith-Williams was also charged with minor marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia

r Timothy Robert Peters of Mill Hall, charged by state police for intoxicated driving in Mill Hall Aug. 14, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Lori Lynn Neff of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for theft and receiving stolen goods in the city Sept. 28, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Taylor Robert Merrill of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven University police for intoxicated driving in the city Aug. 7, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Zachary Alan Martin of Mill Hall, charged by Lock Haven University police for intoxicated driving in the city May 23, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Chad Derek Brooks of Renovo, charged by borough police for burglary, criminal trespass, defiant trespass and theft Sept. 16 in the borough, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Rusty Allen Banks of Jersey Shore, charged by Lock Haven police for defiant trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct in the city Sept. 25, had the case moved to non-traffic court.
