DUI charges filed
MILL HALL – Charges of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia were filed against Robert Wade Fuller, 24, of 122 Irwin St., Lock Haven, for an incident occurring on Friday, June 10, at 7:45 a.m.
Fuller was found asleep at the wheel of his running car at the Red Apple Kwik Fill parking lot and was determined to be under the influence, taken into custody and released after a blood draw, according to state police at Lamar.
Running a red light
MILL HALL – A crash involving Patricia A. Condo, 72, of Mill Hall, and Julie A. Jordan, 51, of New Albany occurred at the intersection of Hogan Boulevard and Mill Hall Road on Saturday, Oct. 1 at 4:19 p.m., according to state police at Lamar.
Condo was traveling north on Hogan Boulevard when her car struck the left side front fender of Jordan’s car, which was traveling west on Mill Hall Road and entering Hogan Boulevard, police said. Condo was charged with failing to obey a traffic control device, police said.
Asleep at the wheel
LOCK HAVEN – Christopher J. Chapel, 38, of Campbell, N.Y., was charged with driving on the wrong side of the road after he admittedly fell asleep at the wheel, according to state police at Lamar.
Chapel was southbound on Queens Run Road when he drove straight through a curve, crossing the centerline, and crashed into a large tree, police said.
