Animal cruelty, alleged

LAMAR — A Logan Township man is accused of shooting a stray cat with a small caliber long gun on Sunday Sept. 17 on Campground Road, state police at Lamar said.

Harassment, alleged

LAMAR — A 45-year-old woman is accused of slapping a 43-year-old man at 24 Merlyn Drive in Bald Eagle Twp., state police at Lamar said. According to police, on Sept. 17 at around 6:30 p.m. the accused and the victim were in an argument when the woman allegedly slapped the man in the face with an open hand.

A citation for harassment has been filed against the accused, police said.

Fight breaks out

LAMAR — Two men, an 18-year-old and a 43-year-old, were cited for harassment after the two were involved in a fight, state police at Lamar said. The fight broke out on Sept. 17 at around 9 p.m. when the 43-year-old grabbed the 18-year-old who then struck the older man at 24 Merlyn Dr., Bald Eagle Twp., police said.

Man punched in face

LAMAR — On Friday, Sept. 8 at around 3 p.m., Todd Caris, 31, of Milesburg, told state police at Lamar he was punched in the face by an unknown man at 155 Fairpoint Road, Bald Eagle Township. The investigation is ongoing to determine the identity of the suspect, police said.

Public intoxication

LAMAR — Sharon Jean Miller, 66, of Renovo, has been charged with public intoxication by state police at Lamar. Police said Miller visibly intoxicated and passed out on Gratzmar Avenue in front of the Green Lantern, Noyes Township. The incident occurred at 6:05 p.m. Sept. 16, police said.

Two vehicle crash

BEECH CREEK — On Sept. 12 at around 11 a.m., Hunter D. Shady, 18, of Blanchard and Abigail M. Fisher, 18, of Bellefonte, were involved in a two-vehicle crash on Eagle Valley Road just west of Grahams Lane.

State police at Lamar said both vehicles were southbound on Route 150 when Fisher was forced to slow down due to oncoming traffic. Police said Shady was unable to stop before striking Fisher’s vehicle, causing damage to the front of his Chevrolet Equinox. Fisher’s Honda CR-V was able to be driven from the scene, police said.

No injuries were reported, police said.

Domestic violence alleged

LAMAR — A 15-year-old boy is accused of striking his mother in the face during an argument.

State police at Lamar said the incident happened at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 17, on Mill Hill Road, Woodward Township.

One-vehicle accident

RENOVO — Genevieve M. Bressler, 90, of Renovo, received a minor injury after Susan H. Moore, 70, of Renovo accidentally drove over her foot at 9 a.m. Sept. 18, state police at Lamar said.

Moore was parked to let Bressler and other passengers out of her vehicle when she let her foot off the brake of her Subaru Forrester and the vehicle drifted forward with the rear passenger tire hitting Bressler’s foot. Bressler was transported to Bucktail Medical Center, police said.
