Woman jailed for harassment

LOCK HAVEN — Erica L. Barcley, 31, of East Church Street, was involved in a physical fight with her boyfriend on April 14 which caused him injury, city police said.

Barcley was cited for harassment and taken to Clinton County Prison on a probation detainer, police said.

$200 stolen

LOCK HAVEN — Woodward Township police investigated a theft that occurred between April 23 and 25 at 13 Woodward Meadows.

There were no signs of illegal entry at the residence and $200 cash was stolen, police said.

Domestic dispute

MILL HALL — State police at Lamar were called to an active domestic dispute on Sunday at about 9 p.m. on King Arthur Drive, Bald Eagle Township.

During the dispute a 42-year-old Mill Hall woman was struck several times and attempted to be strangled by Scott Peluso, 42, of Mill Hall, police said.

Peluso was taken into custody and charges were filed through district judge John Maggs office, police said.

Harassment alleged

MILL HALL — Richard Lee Pelton Jr., 29, of Lamar, is accused of pulling the hair of a 24-year-old Lock Haven woman and threatening additional harm, state police at Lamar said.

The incident occurred on Tuesday at 12 p.m. on South Stryker Lane, police said.
