LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

– Nathan Mark Mahonski, of Blossburg, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and exceed 65 or 70 miles per hour for all vehicles by 20 miles per hour, waived for court.

– Kristi Lynn Nihart, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence and careless driving, waived for court.

– Patrick Ryan Shady, of North Bend, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane (single), follow to closely and driving at safe speed, waived for court.

– Dustin Alexis McConaghay, of Blossburg, Pa., charged with driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane (single), duties at stop sign and careless driving, waived for court.

– Angelo Trevor Revell, of Lock Haven, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, held for court.

– Kyle Joseph Lee Rudy, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, waived for court.

– Dana Marie Waite, of Williamsport, charged with two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and criminal use of communication facility, waived for court.

– Amos William Beury, of Loganton, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, four counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence-second offense and exceed 55 miles per hour speed limit by 17 miles per hour, held for court.

– Michael Aphonsus, of Carmichael, Ca., charged with driving under the influence-first offense and careless driving, charges withdrawn.

– Kristen Briana Dutcavich, of Loganton, charged with unsworn falsification to authorities and false report-falsely incriminate another, waived for court.

– Clellon E. Folmar III, of Antes Fort, charged with lure child into motor vehicle, charge dismissed.

– Jeremy Ryan Granger, of Mifflintown, charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence-first offense, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and two counts of initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

– Kaliph Heller, of Lebanon, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Brandon Douglas Quail, of Ridgeway, Pa., charged with driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court.

– Robert Lee Reeder, of Lock Haven, charged with strangulation, simple assault and harassment, waived for court.

– Luis Lionel Santiago, of St. Ann, Miss., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, charges withdrawn, driving in right lane and disorderly conduct, moved to non-traffic court.

– Trent Andrew Walters, of Denver, Pa., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– David Christopher Walker, of Belleville, charged with riot-intent to commit felony, conspiracy-simple assault, simple assault, corruption of minors, conspiracy-harassment, conspiracy-disorderly conduct engage in fighting, loitering and prowling at night time, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, conspiracy-recklessly endangering another person, harassment, disorderly conduct and recklessly endangering another person, waived for court.

– Samantha Alyzabeth McGregor, of Lock Haven, charged with riot-intent to commit felony, conspiracy-simple assault, corruption of minors, conspiracy-harassment, conspiracy-disorderly conduct engage in fighting, loitering and prowling at night time, purchase alcoholic beverage by a minor, conspiracy-recklessly endangering another person, conspiracy-terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, waived for court.

– Brock Winston Breon, of Blanchard, charged with resisting arrest/other law enforcement and disorderly conduct, waived for court.

– Derek Tyreek Chambliss, of Philadelphia, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, duties at stop sign, careless driving and fail to use safety belt-driver and front seat occupant, waived for court.

– Tynesha Haleigh Cooper, of Lock Haven, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, waived for court.

– Robert Keith Eggler, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, exceed maximum speed limit established by 20 miles per hour and careless driving, waived for court.

– Daniel Lee Englehart, no address, charged with false identification to law enforcement officer, charge withdrawn, and disorderly conduct, moved to non-traffic court.

– John James Ford IV, of Etters, Pa., charged with three counts criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and similar misconduct and harassment, waived for court.

– Kenneth Lee Harkey, of Jersey Shore, charged with strangulation-applying pressure to throat or neck, harassment and simple assault, waived for court.

-Jon Wallis Heimer, of Lock Haven, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle, waived for court.

– Kassady Christine Moyer, of Mill Hall, charged with corruption of minors, waived for court.

– Elmer Noone, of Tamaqua, charge with simple assault, charge withdrawn, and disorderly conduct, moved to non-traffic court.

– Tashaya P. Ross, of Philadelphia, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Krista Rae Sechrist, of Lock Haven, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Carl Leroy Swortwood Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-second offense and driving while blood alcohol content is .02 or greater while license is suspended, waived for court.

– Nickolas Ryan Wlentukonis, of Emporium, charged with false reports-reported offense did not occur, waived for court.
