LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.
– Jeremiah Lyle Ammerman, of Mackeyville, charged with four counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
– Keith A. Bennett, of Renovo, charged with failure to register with state police, waived for court.
– Joey Marcus Brown, of Muncy Valley, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.
– Shaun Michael Craig, of Millheim, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification to law enforcement, waived for court and arrest without a warrant, charge withdrawn.
– Carla Marie Condo, of Mill Hall, charged with conspiracy-insurance fraud and insurance/intent to defraud, waived for court.
– Jeremy Ray Condo, of Mill Hall, charged with false/fraud/incomp. insurance claim, criminal attempt-theft by deception-false impression and conspiracy-insurance fraud, waived for court.
– Rita Arlene Fournier, of Jersey Shore, charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief, waived for court.
– Jonathan Wesley Harden Gadd, of Mill Hall, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
– Ryan Stuart Keen, of Avis, charged with 32 counts of initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence-second offense, exceed maximum speed limit established by 22 miles per hour, careless driving and reckless driving, waived for court.
– Alec James Linehan, of Peoria, Ill., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
– Laura Anne Mikitko, of Mill Hall, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence-first offense and disregard traffic lane, waived for court.
– Paul Francis Mills Sr., of Montoursville, charged with two counts theft by unlawful taking, two counts receiving stolen property, charges withdrawn, and disorderly conduct, moved to non-traffic court.
– Frederick John Swackhammer, Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault, charge withdrawn, harassment and disorderly conduct engage in fighting, moved to non-traffic court.
– Antonio Perez Washington, of Lock Haven, charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment, waived for court.
