– Dustin Scott Askey, of Mill Hall, charged with adult misbrand of any controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, charges withdrawn, and disorderly conduct-unreasonable noise, moved to non-traffic court.

– Brian Keith Andrus, Jr., of Flemington, charged with strangulation, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and simple assault, waived for court.

– Kendra Sue Bendik, of Lock Haven, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Kimberly Sue Bower, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault, charge withdrawn, and harassment, moved to non-traffic court.

Dauberman, of Lock Haven, charged with robbery of motor vehicle, two counts aggravated assault, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, obstructing emergency services, reckless driving, careless driving, simple assault, three count recklessly endangering another person, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-second offense and false alarm to agency of public safety, waived for court.

– Amanda Joyce Fitzpatrick, of Lock Haven, initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Elizabeth Ann Kephart, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft, waived for court.

– Connor Jacob Murphy, Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, not yielding at roadway and careless driving, waived for court.
