Two-vehicle accident

LOCK HAVEN — Lock Haven City Police were called to the scene of a two-vehicle accident at 7:36 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11. According to police, a vehicle being driven by Averi Raab of Lock Haven was traveling northbound on Jay Street and was attempting to make a left turn on to East Main Street.

As she proceeded to turn, her vehicle, a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer, collided with 2010 Nissan Sentra being driven by Ashton Ferrara of Lock Haven. Raab’s vehicle was driven from the scene. However, she was transported to Lock Haven Hospital by EMS for treatment of minor injuries. Ferrara’s vehicle sustained a cracked radiator and broken bumper. The vehicle had to be towed from the scene.

Raab was cited for failing to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic.
