CLINTON COUNTY

– Sami Jo Durachko, charged with retail theft, fined $300 and placed on probation for 12 months.

– Katherine Ann McCloskey, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense and disorderly conduct, fined $1,200, ordered to pay restitution of $35.90 to Timothy Neff and spend 72 hours to six months in county prison.

– Robert Wayne Wilson, charged with possession of a controlled substance-suboxone and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, fined $200, ordered to pay $5 restitution, complete 25 hours of community service, spend 61 days to 12 months in county prison and placed on probation for one year.

– David Christopher Walker, charged with simple assault, fined $250, placed on probation for two years and must complete 50 hours of community service.

– Elizabeth Ann Graham, charged with conspiracy to commit retail theft, terroristic threats and simple assault, must complete 75 hours of community service, spend 39 days to 23 months in county prison and placed on probation for four years.

– Zachery Thomas Klinefelter, charged with carrying firearms without a license, fined $500, ordered to pay an additional $60.30 to the Office of the Clinton County Sheriff and spend 30 days to 23 months in county prison.

– Eric Bennett Lehman, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100, placed on probation for 12 months.

LYCOMING COUNTY

– Ann McLaughlin, charged with driving under the influence, fined $1,000 and spend 15 to 30 days in county prison.

– Zachary J. Parsons, charged with driving under the influence and driving under suspension, fined $2,500 and spend 18 to 60 months in county prison.

– Wayne S. Matthis, charged with statement under penalty, spend six months in the intermediate punishment program and complete 25 hours community service.

– Larry Willits Jr., charged with driving under the influence, fined $300, spend six months in the intermediate punishment program and complete 50 hours community service.

– James A. Esposito III, charged with defiant trespass, 12 months intermediate punishment.
