CLINTON COUNTY

– Billie Rae Topp, charged with possession of controlled substance, fined $500 and placed on probation for 12 months.

– Jonathan Wayne Stringfellow, charged with driving under the influence with a high rate of alcohol-second offense, fined $750, placed in the intermediate punishment program for six months and serve 30 days restrictive intermediate punishment.

– Kenneth William Finton, charged with statement under penalty, fined $1,000 and placed on probation for 12 months.

– Ryan Patrick Long, charged with possession of small amount of marijuana and duties at stop sign, fined $525.

– Robert Earl Getgen, charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor, fined $1,000 and placed on probation for nine months.

– James Allen Stehley, charged with involuntary manslaughter, will pay cost of prosecution plus $131.24 for subpoena service, spend 180 days to 24 months in county prison and placed on probation for three years.

– Christopher Patrick Shinn, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, fined $1,000, placed in the intermediate punishment program for six months and serve 15 days restrictive intermediate punishment.

– Christopher Patrick Shinn, charged with possession of small amount of marijuana for personal use, fined $75.

– John F. Redos, Jr., charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving while license is suspended, fined $1,000, placed on probation for one year and serve 60 days restrictive intermediate punishment.

– Michelle Marie Ward, charged with possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, must complete 100 hours community service, placed on probation for 12 months, placed in the intermediate punishment program for 24 months and serve six months restrictive intermediate punishment.

– Christina Marie Bugielski, charged with retail theft, fined $100 and placed on probation for six months.

– Todd Lavern Geyer, Jr., charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100 and placed on probation for six months.
