LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

– Tyler Charles Bennett, of Mill Hall, charged with false reports-reported offense did not occur and give false information, waived for court.

– Tyler Charles Bennett, of Lock Haven, charged with possession of a controlled substance, contraband/inmate and initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

– Michael Allen Charcalla, of North Bend, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

– Scott Nicholas Conrad, of furnishing drug free urine-use or attempt, waived for court.

– Ronald Alan Hill, of Lock Haven, charged with illegal operation of a vehicle without ignition interlock, charge withdrawn.

– Steven Franklin Huling, of Jersey Shore, charged with bad checks, charge withdrawn.

– Andrea Nicole Jordan, of Lock Haven, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, notice of change of name or address, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

– Roy Lee McClelland Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

– Malcolm Kareem Moore Jr., of Maplewood, N.J., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving in right lane and regulation bumper requirements, waived for court.

– Mikayla Marie Plocinski, of Cogan Station, charged with recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and driving at safe speed, waived for court.

– William I. Smith, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

– Matthew Chad Tolliver, of Holt, Fla., charged with driving under the influence-first offense, exceeding maximum speed limit established by 33 miles per hour and careless driving, waived for court.

– Richard Edward Wyland II, of Renovo, charged with arson endangering property-reckless endangerment of inhabited buildings, risking catastrophe and recklessly endangering another person, waived for court.
