Man charged with harassment, criminal mischief
LOCK HAVEN — Lock Haven City Police investigated a case of harassment and criminal mischief that took place at 4:45 p.m. on Nov. 18 along East Bald Eagle Street in Lock Haven.
According to police, Robert Aungst, 26, of Lock Haven grabbed the victim by her face and neck and shoved her over the couch, causing it to break. Aungst was cited for his actions.
The investigation continues.
