Possession with intent

to deliver

MILL HALL — Robert Munro, 34, of Mill Hall, was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and related offenses after an incident that occurred in the 1900 block of Lycoming Creek Road, Williamsport on June 20, state police at Montoursville said.

Munro was jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail, police said.

DUI alleged

LINDEN — Dustin Eckard, 36, of Linden, was charged with driving under the influence and driving without a license on Maynard Street in South Williamsport on July 6, state police at Montoursville said.

Eckard allegedly had a blood alcohol level of .08, police said.

A bench warrant for his arrest was expected to be filed after her failed to appear for his preliminary hearing, police said.

Distribution of contraband

JERSEY SHORE — Phyllis Wettlaufer, 36, of Jersey Shore, was charged with contraband while an inmate at the Lycoming County’s prerelease center, according to Lycoming County District Attorney’s office.

Wettlaufer is accused of giving controlled substances to two other inmates while on a work release project in the 100 block of West Third Street, Williamsport on April 29, police said.

Wettlaufer was initially jailed but released on $5,000 bail, police said.
