STATE COLLEGE — Two elderly residents were found dead inside their State College home, located in the 200 block of West Prospect Avenue.

According to State College Borough Police, they responded to the scene when family members could not reach the elderly couple. According to police, they do not suspect foul play in the death of the couple. Additionally, there were no signs of violence.

Police were assisted at the scene by the Centre County coroner’s office, Centre LifeLink EMS and Alpha Fire Co. Anyone with information about the deaths is asked to contact State College Borough Police at (814) 234-7150 or submit an anonymous tip through the SCPD website.

The investigation is ongoing.
