Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

— James Patrick Baney, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft, waived for court.

— Craig A. Dunlap, of Morrisdale, Pa., charged with driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court, and exceed maximum speed limit established by 23 mile per hour and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, charges withdrawn.

— Serina M. Etters, of Jersey Shore, charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Katy Lynne Hanley, of Blanchard, charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Sharie Mignon Hockenberry, of Bellefonte, charged with false identification to law enforcement officer, charge withdrawn, and disorderly conduct, moved to non-traffic court.

— Scott Filmore Killinger, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts endangering the welfare of children, waived for court.

— Matthew Joseph Marasco, of Lock Haven, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving, waived for court.

— Shannon M. Myers, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking and unauthorized use of motor vehicle, waived for court.

— John Davis Nixon, of Lock Haven, charged with strangulation, harassment and simple assault, waived for court.

–Brent Tyler Painter, of Jersey Shore, charged with simple assault, harassment, aggravated assault and criminal attempt-aggravate assault, held for court.

— Todd Eric Peters, of Beech Creek, charged with criminal mischief/damage property, charge withdrawn, and criminal mischief/damage property, moved to non-traffic court.

— Michael James Remick, of Avis, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

— Michael Allen Rhoads, of Bellefonte, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence-second offense, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-second offense and careless driving, waived for court.

— Brandon Major Simmons, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, pass when prohibited, disregard traffic lane, follow too closely and careless driving, waived for court.

— Kristopher Alan Wright, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-third offense, driving while license is suspended or revoked, blood alcohol content .02 or greater-second offense, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, driving while license is suspended, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.
