MH woman steals $403
LOCK HAVEN — Heather Jo Fiedler, 37, of Martin Drive, Mill Hall, was arrested and charged with two counts access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $403, Lock Haven City Police said.
Fiedler used a debit card that didn’t belong to her to withdraw the money from a bank account without the card owner’s consent, police said.
HOWARD — An 18-year-old man may face a DUI charge after a traffic stop along North Eagle Valley Road near Lower Greens Run Road on Feb. 9 at 2:40 a.m., state police at Rockview said.
The accused, name not listed, was stopped by police due to a vehicle code violation when he was found to be under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance, police said.
Charges are pending.
BELLEFONTE — On Feb. 8 around 7:15 pm, Spring Township Police officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Jacksonville Road for a vehicle crash with injuries.
Upon arrival, officers rendered aid to an injured female while other officers spoke to the driver of the vehicle at fault. It was determined that the driver at fault, a 29-year-old Lycoming County man, failed to stop at a stop sign causing a major collision with the other vehicle. The driver of the vehicle at fault was arrested on suspicion of DUI and processed accordingly.
The injured female is expected to recover, police said.
