Hit and run

BEECH CREEK — The passenger of a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado was transported to UPMC Lock Haven following a head on collision along Railroad Street, Liberty Township on June 19, state police at Rockview said.

A 2010 Nissan Altima was traveling east on the roadway at 2:47 p.m. when the driver failed to stay in the right lane, causing them to strike the Chevrolet head on, police said.

The driver of the Nissan left the scene without giving the other driver, whose name was also not listed, their information, police said.

The passenger in the Chevrolet, Kristine T. Morin, 21, of Shirley, N.Y., was transported to the hospital by Beech Creek/Blanchard Fire Department, police said.

Window broken

CENTRE HALL — State police at Rockview are looking for information involving a broken car window.

The damage occurred on June 18 at 9 p.m. to a 2009 Honda vehicle parking along Catty 9 Trail, Huston Township, police said.
