BELLEFONTE — A 56-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct at around 8 p.m. on May 31 along old state Route 220 in Boggs Township, Centre County.
According to police, the man showed up at a private residence while intoxicated and created a disturbance. The victims were a 48-year-old Bellefonte woman and 57-year-old Bellefonte man.
The man was asked to leave the residence several times, but refused. He was cited with disorderly conduct through magisterial district justice 49-3-02.

BELLEFONTE — State Police at Rockview are investigating a case of theft that took place sometime between April 13 and May 31 in Boggs Township, Centre County.
According to police, at 45-year-old Bellefonte woman and a 43-year-old Bellefonte man reported that that since April 14, there have been six different charges made to their checking account via PayPal. The six charges made to their accounty amounted to $2,631.80. The couple reported the fraudulent charges to their bank, First National.
The investigation continues.
