Drug, ignition

interlock violations

LOCK HAVEN — Kayla Jean Kinley Baker, 453 Renovo Road, Mill Hall, was arrested for drug possession and other charges after she was observed driving a motor vehicle by Clinton County Adult Probation officers at 11:30 a.m. on July 17 in the parking lot at 219 Woodward Ave., Woodward Township police report.

Police said the defendant was confronted and found to be in possession of oxycodone. She was also charged for operating a vehicle with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, misuse of registration, display of plate not assigned to the driven vehicle, operating motor vehicle without required ingition interlock system, and driving a vehicle with expired inspection.

She was placed in the Clinton County Prison on probation violations and a criminal complaint was issued for the above listed offenses.

Drug possession

SPRING MILLS — A case of drug possession was investigated by State Police at Rockview.

Police say that at 2:27 a.m. on June 28, they stopped a 2017 Chevrolet Impala for numerous traffic violations. The operator of the vehicle, Zachary Perkins, 32, of Pittsburgh, was determined to be DUI and in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The stop took place at the intersection of Market Drive and Penns Valley Road in Penn Township, Centre County.

Indecent assault

REBERSBURG — A Rebersburg woman was the victim of an idecent assault that took place between 2009 and 2010 in Miles Township, Centre County. The investigation is ongoing.


JULIAN — State Police at Rockview investigated a case of harassment that took place around 4 p.m. on July 20 along Walker Hollow Road in Union Township, Centre County.

According to police, Amber Cox, 35, of Grassflat, harassed a 55-year-old Bellefonte man regarding his Megan’s Law status.

Theft by deception

COBURN — A case of theft by deception was investigated by State Police at Rockview. According to police, a 65-year-old Coburn man was the victim of fraud. The incident took place at 11 p.m. on July 22 along Coburn Road in Penn Township, Centre County.

The investigation continues.
