Drug possession

HOWARD — A 19-year-old Pittsburgh man was charged with drug possession following a one-vehicle crash near the intersection of state Route 220 and Jacksonville Road on July 2, Spring Township, State Police at Rockview said.

The driver of a 2004 Ford surrendered drug contraband to police when asked about its presence in the vehicle, police said.

Charges were filed through district court.

Counterfit money

BELLEFONTE — State Police at Rockview are investigating an incident of forgery after multiple counterfeit $20 bills totaling $240 were used at a store along North Eagle Valley Road, Boggs Township on June 19.

Vehicle damaged

BELLEFONTE — A 51-year-old Bellefonte man reported his 1996 Toyota vehicle was damaged after being parked overnight along Benner Pike from June 18 to 19, State Police at Rockview said.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing, police said.
