— Barbara J. Hummer, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts aggravated assault-attempts to cause or causes serious bodily injury to designated individual, resisting arrest/other law enforcement and two counts disorderly conduct engage in fighting, waived for court.

— Charles John Shaffer, of Woolrich, charged with smell/inhale toxic releasing substances and disorderly conduct-unreasonable noise, waived for court.
— Charles John Shaffer, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense and careless driving, waived for court.
— Charles John Shaffer, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence of a solvent or noxious substance-first offense, smell/inhale toxic releasing substances, accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property and travel on cultivated land, waived for court.
