Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

— Melissa Ann White, of Snow Shoe, charged with harassment, found not guilty.

— Juan P. Almonte-Kado, of Elizabeth, N.J., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, exceeding 65 to 70 miles per hour for all vehicles by 11 miles per hour and four counts operating/permitting operation with unsafe equipment, waived for court.

— James Patrick Baney, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Christian Robert Confer, of Jersey Shore, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and no rear lights, waived for court.

— Johnathan Emerson Dunkle, of Lock Haven, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts purchase etc. alcoholic beverage for a minor, waived for court.

— Joseph Michael Durren, of Lock Haven, charged with harassment, charge dismissed.

— Joseph Michael Durren, of Lock Haven, charged with strangulation, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, false imprisonment and simple assault, held for court.

— Joseph Michael Durren, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts intimidate witness/victim-withhold testimony, held for court, and six counts intimidate witness/victim-withhold testimony, charges dismissed.

— Alvin Wesley George III, of Beech Creek, charged with Adulteration/mutilation/destruction of label, initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, four counts marijuana-small amount personal use, eight counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Randall Larue Laubach, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, careless driving and not using low beams, waived for court.

— Ella Rose Matz, of McElhattan, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol-first offense and careless driving, waived for court.

— Samuel A. Zuback Jr., of Blanchard, charged with def. trespass actual communication to and driving while license is suspended or revoked, waived for court.

— Samuel A. Zuback Jr., of Blanchard, charged with def. trespass actual communication to and criminal mischief, waived for court.

— Kayla Jean Kinley Baker, of Mill Hall, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, driving an unregistered vehicle, display plate card in improper vehicle, illegal operation of vehicle without ignition interlock and operating vehicle without valid inspection, waived for court.

— Collin Robert Wayne Burrows, of Renovo, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol-first offense, obedience to traffic-control devices, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

— James Paul Winslow, of Lock Haven, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Gennaro Francis Barzona, of Mill Hall, charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Gloria Jeane Basinger, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking, charge withdrawn, and criminal mischief, moved to non-traffic court.

— Callie Rebecca Button, of Renovo, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol-first offense, waived for court.

— Anthony Michael Collins, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts retail theft, waived for court.

— John L. Colucci, of Lock Haven, charged with criminal use of communication facility, held for court.

— Nevin Christopher Dellinger, of Mill Hall, charged with burglary-overnight accommodations;person present, simple assault and terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, waived for court.

— John Stephen Epps Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, charge withdrawn, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, operating a vehicle without required financial receipts and no headlights, moved to traffic court.

— Amber Leigh Haines, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, waived for court.

— Rhonda Ann Hamaker, of Renovo, charged with accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, driving at safe speed and careless driving, waived for court.

— Gary Roy Lavanture, of Renovo, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol-first offense, disregard traffic lane, driving at safe speed and careless driving, waived for court.

— Jason C. McCollin, charged with simple assault, charge withdrawn, and harassment, moved to non-traffic court.

— Matthew Laird McMann Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, two counts harassment and disorderly conduct engage in fighting, waived for court.

— Randy Lee Moody, of Beech Creek, charged with aggravated assault-attempt to cause serious bodily injury with extreme indifference, charge dismissed, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, simple assault and harassment, held for court.

— Rebecca Johann Nelen, of Renovo, charged with endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person, charges withdrawn.

— Travis Lee Nelen, of Renovo, charged with endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person, charges withdrawn.

— Dominic Aaron Reynolds, of Lock Haven, charged with strangulation and simple assault, charges dismissed.

— Chandra Larae Thompson, of Lock Haven, charged with 12 counts of retail theft, waived for court.

— James Paul Winslow, of Lock Haven, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, failure to stop and give information or render aid, not yield at roadway, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, driving while license is suspended or revoked, careless driving, reckless driving, waived for court.
